Procurement Executive

A Procurement Executive has to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer's responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records. We’re seeking for someone with analytical mind and good Negotiation skills and have to ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing and retaining the Existing venders.
  • Preferably looking for someone having experience into packaging Industry.
  • Creating a vender data base for packaging products.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement profile or in any similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Sales Executive

The inside sales Executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Keeping up with product information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.

International Sale Executive

The main objective is to build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
  • To acquire International clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research (analyze competition , the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
  • Proposing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals.
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating to close the deal.
  • Providing round-the-clock support to customers.
  • Convert leads to customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of international sales AND Marketing experience
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, LinkedIn, etc...
  • Fluency in English
